Richard James, a prominent tailor on London's famed Savile Row, revolutionised traditional tailoring since its founding in 1992 by Richard James and Sean Dixon. Renowned for infusing vibrant colors and patterns into classic suits, the brand appeals to a younger, fashion-conscious clientele while upholding Savile Row's esteemed craftsmanship standards. Offering bespoke, made-to-measure, and ready-to-wear services, Richard James extends beyond suits to casual wear and accessories, embodying a blend of innovation and tradition in modern men's tailoring.
As Studio MEM, we have been a key partner in Richard James' journey into the digital landscape, significantly contributing to their expansion and modernisation efforts. Our collaboration began with the creation of a bespoke Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, custom-designed to meet the unique requirements of the renowned Savile Row tailor. This system played a pivotal role in facilitating Richard James' seamless entry into the U.S. market and maintaining an effective global stock management.
In addition to developing the ERP system, we significantly enhanced Richard James' operational infrastructure, focusing on 3PL and shipping integrations. Our role included:
